At Fancisstre, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all original tags and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
